Morgan Wade
On Saturday February 25th, 2023, the Newport Music Hall will be hosting a performance by Morgan Wade. Wade is a country music singer and songwriter from Texas. She has released three studio albums, and her most recent album, “Red, White, and You”, was released in 2020. Wade’s music has been described as “traditional country with a modern twist”, and her live performances are known for being high-energy and interactive.
Wade got her start in the music industry by performing at local honky-tonks and rodeos in her home state of Texas. She then began touring throughout the United States, and her popularity began to grow. In 2016, Wade released her debut album, “Morgan Wade”, which received positive reviews from critics. Her second album, “Roots”, was released in 2018, and her third album, “Red, White, and You”, was released in 2020.
Wade has been nominated for several awards, including the Academy of Country Music Awards and the Country Music Association Awards. She has also won the Texas Country Music Association Award for “Female Vocalist of the Year”.
